Heal Counselling
“Most people wait years before asking for help, unsure whether what they're feeling is 'bad enough.' The Clarity Check was built to help you answer that.”

Common reasons people come to Heal
“Most people who come to Heal aren't in crisis. They're just tired of carrying something alone. That's enough of a reason.”— Nidhi
Meet your therapist in Singapore
Nidhi Pitkar started Heal with a simple conviction: therapy should feel less like a clinical intake and more like a real conversation. As a therapist in Singapore, she brings Walk & Talk sessions into the city's parks — because sometimes moving helps you say things you couldn't sitting down.
She draws on approaches that have strong research behind them, and uses tools that help clients arrive with a clearer sense of what they're dealing with. Her published writing explores what she sees in the therapy room: teenagers navigating failure in an AI-saturated world, parents who want to raise children with real boundaries rather than rules, and the quiet cost of never having learned to sit with difficulty.
Her belief: the hardest part is the step before therapy. Everything at Heal — the free consultation, the Clarity Check, the outdoor sessions — is designed to make that step smaller. Nidhi is the only therapist you'll work with here, from the first conversation to the last.

What's different here

I know that choosing a therapist is a lot. The free 30 minutes exists so you don't have to decide in the dark. If it doesn't feel right, you'll know — and that's completely okay.
— Nidhi
01
At most practices, you might start with one therapist and end with another. At Heal, Nidhi is your counsellor from the first conversation to the last. She remembers what you said three months ago. That continuity is one of the main reasons therapy actually works.
02
The free Clarity Check takes five minutes and gives you real language for what you're going through. Your first session with Nidhi starts from where you actually are, not from scratch.
03
No commute. No waiting room. No juggling a school run with a 6pm session across town. Online sessions with Nidhi via Zoom are just as effective as in-person — the research is unambiguous. The therapeutic relationship forms fully through a screen. You just need a private space and 60 minutes.
What Nidhi offers
All sessions are 60 minutes. Packages of 5 or 7 sessions available. Your first 30-minute conversation is always free.
Individual counselling along Singapore's green corridors and parks. Moving has a way of loosening what talking alone sometimes can't. Sessions adapt to your pace.
Not a fitness programme. A proper clinical service that uses nature as co-therapist.
One-on-one sessions tailored to you: anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, burnout, or simply the feeling that something is off. In person or online.
For relationships dealing with recurring conflict, distance, or intimacy challenges. Both partners are held with equal care.
Support for families navigating difficult dynamics, intergenerational conflict, a child's struggles, or a family member's mental health journey.

The Clarity Check uses three questionnaires that doctors and researchers around the world use to understand mental wellbeing. They take about five minutes and give you a clear, honest picture of where you are.
It's not a diagnosis. It's a starting point — a way to arrive at your first session with Nidhi knowing what you're dealing with, so you can get into the real work sooner.

How to get started
01
Five minutes. Three short questionnaires. You'll have a clearer sense of what you're going through — and so will Nidhi before you meet.
02
No paperwork, no intake forms. Just a 30-minute chat. Nidhi uses your Clarity Check results to meet you where you are from minute one.
03
Therapy tailored to your situation — in person at Havelock Road, online, or Walk & Talk through Singapore's parks. The plan adapts as you do.

“My husband and I were at a point where we couldn't speak without it becoming a conflict. Six sessions later we have actual tools and we use them. I didn't think couples therapy would work for us.”

“I took the Clarity Check on a Tuesday evening, had a free consultation on Thursday, and started sessions the following week. The whole thing was remarkably human and un-corporate.”
