“Most people don't seek help because they don't know if they need it enough. The Clarity Check was built to answer that question — with clinical rigour, not guesswork.”

Free AI-assisted tool
The Clarity Check uses three validated screening tools — the same instruments used in hospitals and research clinics worldwide — to give you a clearer picture of your mental wellbeing.
It's not a diagnosis. It's a starting point: a way to arrive at your first session with language, context, and direction — so Nidhi can spend less time establishing ground zero and more time helping you move forward.

How to get started
01
5 minutes. Three validated screeners. You'll understand what you're experiencing in clinical terms — and so will Nidhi before you meet.
02
No paperwork. No intake forms. Just a conversation. Nidhi uses your Clarity Check results to meet you exactly where you are from minute one.
03
Evidence-based therapy tailored to your situation — Walk & Talk in Singapore's parks, online sessions, or face-to-face at Havelock Road.
What Nidhi offers
All sessions are 60 minutes. Packages of 5 or 7 sessions available. First 30-minute consultation is always free.
Individual counselling conducted along Singapore's green corridors and parks. Movement reduces cortisol, quiets the inner critic, and unlocks things that sitting in a room often can't. Sessions adapt to your pace — sitting available when needed.
Not a fitness programme. A clinical service that uses nature as co-therapist.
One-on-one sessions tailored to your specific goals — anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, burnout, or just the feeling that something is off. In person at Havelock Road or online.
For relationships navigating communication breakdown, recurring conflict, infidelity, intimacy, or the tension of modern Singaporean life. Both partners are held with equal care and without sides.
Structured support for families navigating difficult dynamics, intergenerational conflict, a child's behavioural challenges, or a family member's mental health journey.
Also available: Small Group Sessions — activity-based life-skills learning in supportive, facilitator-led environments of 4–8 people.
Meet your therapist
Nidhi Pitkar founded Heal Counselling on a simple belief: that therapy should feel less clinical and more human. Her Walk & Talk sessions take you out of the office and into Singapore's parks and nature corridors — because sometimes, movement unlocks what sitting can't.
Nidhi uses evidence-based techniques grounded in research, combined with AI-assisted intake tools that help clients arrive at sessions prepared — not as a replacement for the therapeutic relationship, but as a way to lower the barriers that keep people from getting help in the first place.
Her practice is built on one conviction: the hardest step is the first one. Everything she offers — the free consultation, the Clarity Check, the outdoor sessions — is designed to make that step smaller.
