Walk & Talk venues

Six parks across Singapore

Venues are agreed together before each session. Pick the one that calls to you, or let Nidhi suggest one based on what you're working through.

MacRitchie Reservoir

Central

Singapore's most beloved green lung. Shaded trails wind around the reservoir with towering trees and birdsong that makes the quiet feel intentional. Particularly good for clients who want a sense of being held by something larger than a room.

Central Catchment Area · Accessible by bus from Caldecott MRT

Singapore Botanic Gardens

Tanglin

A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the finest botanic gardens in Asia. The Healing Garden (literally named) sits at its heart. Spacious lawns, covered walkways and shaded paths make this accessible in most weather.

Tanglin Gate or Napier Gate · Nearest: Botanic Gardens MRT (CC19/DT9)

East Coast Park

East

A long, flat promenade with open sea views. For clients who think better with horizon: something about open water loosens the mind's grip on problems. A good option for those who find enclosed green spaces feel confining.

Bus from Bedok MRT or Tanah Merah MRT · Ample parking

Labrador Nature Reserve

South

Quiet coastal bluffs and shaded paths through secondary forest. Rarely busy on weekday mornings, which means genuine privacy and the kind of unhurried atmosphere that invites honesty. One of Singapore's hidden gems.

Labrador Park MRT (CC27) · Short walk to entrance

Bukit Timah Nature Reserve

Bukit Timah

Immersive secondary jungle at Singapore's geographic centre. A 163-metre hill covered in genuine primary rainforest. For clients who want to feel appropriately small: sometimes perspective is its own therapy.

King Albert Park MRT (DT6) · 10-min walk to reserve

Telok Blangah Hill Park

Southern Ridges

Five minutes from the Havelock Road office, connected to the Southern Ridges via Henderson Waves. Ideal for clients new to Walk & Talk who want the outdoor element without committing to a longer journey.

Closest to the office · 5-min drive or 20-min walk from HarbourFront MRT

Have a favourite park not listed? Just ask. If it's accessible and safe for outdoor therapy, Nidhi will consider it.
