The case for investment
The Singapore Ministry of Manpower's guidelines recognise that employee wellbeing is a core business issue. Untreated mental health conditions are among the leading causes of lost productivity, presenteeism, and staff turnover.

What Heal offers
Confidential individual sessions for employees, in person at Havelock Road or online. No attendance records or session content is reported back to the organisation. Employees engage knowing their privacy is absolute.
Typically arranged as a block of sessions per employee per year.
45–60 minute interactive sessions on mental health topics tailored to your team's context. Common topics: recognising burnout, managing anxiety in high-pressure roles, psychological safety at work, and practical stress regulation.
Delivered in-person or via Teams/Zoom. Customised content available.
Half-day or full-day workshops giving managers the skills to have supportive conversations, recognise early distress signals, and make appropriate referrals. Based on Mental Health First Aid principles.
Particularly valuable for team leads, HR business partners, and senior managers.
Structured wellness walks at Singapore's parks and nature reserves, facilitated by Nidhi. Movement and green space alongside guided group reflection. Popular for team away-days and mental health awareness months.
Groups of 6–15 people. Half-day format available.
Sectors served
Nidhi understands the specific pressures of these sectors: the always-on culture, the expectation to perform without showing strain, and the way professional identity can make it harder to acknowledge difficulty.
From Nidhi
“The organisations I work with know their people are under pressure. What they're often unsure about is whether support will actually get used. My experience is that confidentiality is the deciding factor. When employees genuinely believe what they say won't reach their manager, they use it. And when they use it, it works.”
